§ 25-29-5-2 — Temporary licensure

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 29 PODIATRISTS·Ch. 5 Reciprocity; Temporary Licensure
(a)The board may issue a temporary license to an applicant who pays a fee established by the board and who presents satisfactory evidence to the board that the applicant:
(1)meets the requirements established by the board; and
(2)is licensed in a state, territory, or possession of the United States.
(b)A temporary license expires the earlier of:
(1)the date the applicant holding the temporary license is issued a license under this article; or
(2)the date the board disapproves the applicant's licensure application.
