Text
(a)The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:
(1)Forms necessary for applications.
(2)Areas that are necessary to implement this act.
(b)The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the
following:
(1)The establishment of fees under IC 25-1-8-2.
(2)The retirement or surrender of a license.
(3)Granting an inactive license and procedures for reinstatement
of an inactive license.
