Text
Subject to the approval of the budget agency, the commission may expend the interest earned by the plumbers recovery fund for the following:
(1)Publications that provide:
(A)information concerning the commission's activities and
administrative rulings; and
(B)other educational information concerning the practice of
plumbing.
(2)Educational programs concerning the practice of plumbing in
Indiana.
