Text
(a)Proceedings before the commission for
the suspension or revocation of any license shall be conducted in the
manner provided by IC 4-21.5-3.
(b)Any person aggrieved by any action of the commission in
suspending or revoking his license or certificate of registration may
seek judicial review by following IC 4-21.5-5.
(c)Any person aggrieved by the commission's action in failing to
issue or renew a license or certificate of registration may seek judicial
review by following IC 4-21.5-5.
