(a)A person wishing to be licensed as a plumbing contractor or journeyman plumber must file with the commission a written application, on a form provided by the commission, that contains information the commission considers necessary to determine the qualifications of the applicant.
(b)All members of a firm, a copartnership, or an association who engage in the activities defined in this chapter as those of a plumbing contractor must be individually licensed as a plumbing contractor. In the case of a limited partnership, only the general partner must be licensed under this chapter.
(c)In the case of a corporation engaged in the business of a plumbing contractor, the corporation must be licensed as a plumbing contractor and must file with the commission an application as provided for in t
