§ 25-27.5-2-11 — "Physician designee"

"Physician designee" means a physician:
(1) who:
(A) works in; or
(B) is trained in;
the same practice area as the practice area of the collaborating
physician; and
(2) to whom responsibility for the collaboration with a physician
assistant is temporarily designated when the collaborating
physician is unavailable.
