Text
(a)To be eligible to sit for the examination, an
applicant must meet:
(1)the qualifying standards of any testing company or national
organization employed to administer the examination; and
(2)requirements adopted by rule.
(b)The board shall provide for examinations within Indiana for the
licensure of physical therapists and the certification of physical
therapist assistants. The board may employ a testing company or a
national organization to administer the examination.
(c)The physical therapist examination must test the applicant's entry
level competence related to physical therapy theory, examination and
evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment intervention, prevention,
and consultation.
(d)The physical therapist assistant examination must test the
applicant's requisite knowled
