§ 25-27-1-12 — Violation of chapter; penalties

A person who violates this chapter commits
a Class B misdemeanor. In addition the board may, in the name of the
state, through the attorney general, apply in any court to enjoin any
person from practicing physical therapy or acting as a physical
therapist assistant, in violation of IC 25-27-1-2.
