Text
(a)As used in this chapter, "prescription
drug" means a drug, as defined in IC 25-26-13-2, that requires a
prescription before being dispensed or administered to a patient.
(b)The term does not include:
(1)an abortion inducing drug (as defined in IC 16-18-2-1.6); or
(2)controlled substances (as defined in IC 35-48-1.1-7).
