Text

(a)An entity that participates in a drug donation or repository program in another state may participate in the program.
(b)If the entity under subsection (a) is a pharmacy that is licensed in another state, the pharmacy may dispense donated prescription drugs and supplies to residents of Indiana.
(c)The central repository or a local repository may donate or transfer prescription drugs and supplies to an out-of-state entity that participates in a drug donation or repository program in another state if the drug donation program or repository program in that state allows for the donation or transfer of prescription drugs and supplies to the central repository or a local repository located in Indiana.
