§ 25-26-26-13 — Eligibility; determination whether prescription drugs or supplies meet requirements

Any individual who is at least eighteen (18)
years of age may donate legally obtained prescription drugs or supplies
to the central repository or a local repository. A practitioner who is
employed by or under contract with the central repository or local
repository shall determine whether the prescription drugs or supplies
meet the requirements of this chapter.
