§ 25-26-23-6 — Required board consultation with certain agencies and task force to promulgate rules

The board shall consult with the following agencies and task force in promulgating rules under this chapter:
(1)The department of environmental management.
(2)The Indiana department of health.
(3)The state police department.
(4)The Indiana hazardous waste task force.
