§ 25-26-21-4 — "Provider"
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 26 PHARMACISTS, PHARMACIES, DRUG STORES·Ch. 21 Home Medical Equipment Services Providers
As used in this chapter, "provider" means a
person engaged in the business of providing home medical equipment
services to an unrelated individual in the individual's residence.
