§ 25-26-20-7 — Adoption of rules
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 26 PHARMACISTS, PHARMACIES, DRUG STORES·Ch. 20 Regional Drug Repository Program
The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to:
(1)establish standards and procedures for accepting, storing, and
dispensing drugs donated under this chapter;
(2)establish the types of drugs that may be donated; and
(3)administer this chapter.
