§ 25-26-18-2 — Compliance with laws required
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 26 PHARMACISTS, PHARMACIES, DRUG STORES·Ch. 18 Mail Order and Internet Based Pharmacies
A mail order or Internet based pharmacy shall comply with the following:
(1)The licensure laws of the state in which the mail order or
Internet based pharmacy is domiciled.
(2)The drug substitution laws of Indiana.
