§ 25-26-14-7 — "Legend drug"

As used in this chapter, "legend drug" has the
meaning set forth in IC 16-18-2-199. The term includes any human
drug required by federal law or regulation to be dispensed only by a
prescription, including finished dosage forms and active ingredients
subject to 21 U.S.C. 811 through 812. The term does not include a
device or a device component, part, or accessory.
