Text
A wholesale drug distributor that fails to
allow an authorized person to enter and inspect a facility as provided
in section 19 of this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.
However, the offense is a Level 6 felony if the person has a prior
unrelated conviction for an offense under this section.
