§ 25-26-13-6 — Funds from sources other than state

The board may accept and expend funds from sources other than the state of Indiana, provided that:
(1)such funds are awarded for the pursuit of a specific objective
which the board is authorized to accomplish by this chapter, or
which the board is qualified to accomplish by reason of its
jurisdiction or professional expertise;
(2)such funds are expended for the pursuit of the objective for
which they are awarded;
(3)activities connected with or occasioned by the expenditures of
such funds do not interfere with or impair the performance of the
board's duties and responsibilities and do not conflict with the
exercise of the board's powers as specified by this chapter;
(4)such funds are kept in a separate, special account in the state
treasury; and
(5)periodic reports are made to the gov
