§ 25-26-13-5 — Executive director; record of proceedings; inspector-investigators

(a)The executive director shall keep a record of the proceedings of the board. The record shall contain the names and addresses of all persons who apply to the board for a license or permit and the action taken on each.
(b)The board shall hire and supervise a sufficient number of inspector-investigators to enforce the controlled substances law (IC 35-48). Inspector-investigators hired by the board are employees of the Indiana professional licensing agency. As added by Acts 1977, P.L.276, SEC.1.
