§ 25-26-13-30 — Impaired pharmacists account; prescription drug donation repository program account

(a)Within the state general fund there are
established the following accounts:
(1)The impaired pharmacists account to provide money for the
rehabilitation of impaired pharmacists under this article.
(2)The prescription drug donation repository program account to
provide money to administer the prescription drug donation
repository program under this article.
The accounts shall be administered by the Indiana professional
licensing agency.
(b)Expenses of administering the accounts shall be paid from
money in each account. The impaired pharmacists account consists of
money collected under section 4.5(b) of this chapter. The prescription
drug donation repository program account consists of money collected
under IC 25-1-8-2.5.
(c)The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the account
