§ 25-24-1-2 — Meetings; quorum; record

The board shall annually elect from its
members a president and secretary. The board shall meet at least once
each year, at Indianapolis, Indiana, and in addition thereto whenever
and wherever the president and secretary thereof shall call a meeting;
a majority of the board shall at all times constitute a quorum. The
secretary provided for the board shall keep a full record of the
proceedings of the board, which record shall at all reasonable times be
open to public inspection.
