§ 25-24-1-19 — Injunction of violations

(a)Whenever it appears to the board that any
person or persons are engaged in the illegal practice of optometry as
defined by this chapter, or that any person or persons are engaged in
the practice of optometry without a license as required by this chapter,
or that any person or persons are engaged in the practice of optometry
in violation of this chapter, then the board, may, in addition to any
other remedies provided for in this chapter, bring an action in the name
of the state, on the relation of the board, against such person or persons,
or against any other person or persons concerned in or in any way
participating in such illegal practice of optometry as defined by this
chapter, or against any person or persons engaged in the practice of
optometry without a license as required by th
