(a)This chapter applies to an individual
licensed under this article.
(b)This chapter does not apply to:
(1)physicians licensed under IC 25-22.5;
(2)nurses licensed under IC 25-23;
(3)psychologists licensed under IC 25-33; or
(4)attorneys licensed to practice law in Indiana;
when providing counseling services within the scope of practice for
which they are licensed.
