Text
A person may not:
(1)practice as an occupational therapist;
(2)practice as an occupational therapy assistant;
(3)use the title "occupational therapist";
(4)use the title "occupational therapy assistant"; or
(5)engage in the practice of occupational therapy;
unless the person is licensed under this article.
