Text
The committee shall:
(1)consider the qualifications of persons who apply for licenses
under this article;
(2)provide for examinations required under this article;
(3)license qualified persons;
(4)propose rules to the board concerning the:
(A)competent practice of occupational therapy;
(B)continuing competency requirement for the renewal of a
license for an occupational therapist and occupational therapy
assistant; and
(C)administration of this article; and
(5)recommend to the board the amounts of fees required under
this article.
