§ 25-23-1-5 — Meetings; officers; quorum

(a)The board shall meet annually. At its first meeting of the calendar year, it shall elect from the membership a president, a vice president, and a secretary. It shall hold such other meetings during the year as may be necessary for the transaction of its business.
(b)Six (6) members of the board constitute a quorum. An affirmative vote of a majority of the members appointed to the board is required for action of the board.
