Text
(a)A certified registered nurse anesthetist
may administer anesthesia if the certified registered nurse anesthetist
acts under the direction of and in the immediate presence of a
physician.
(b)Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as requiring a certified
registered nurse anesthetist to obtain prescriptive authority to
administer anesthesia under subsection (a).
