§ 25-23-1-3 — Vacancies
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 23 NURSES·Ch. 1 Licensing of Nurses; Creation of Board; Education
At any time there is a vacancy, the Indiana
State Nurses' Association shall recommend to the governor a list of
qualified nurses for appointment to the board in the number of not less
than twice the number of nurse vacancies to be filled.
