2.The attorney general, the board, the
prosecuting attorney, or any citizen of any county in which a person
violates this article may maintain an action in the name of the state to
enjoin the person from continuing in violation of this article. A person
who is enjoined and who violates an injunction shall be punished for
contempt of court. An injunction issued under this section does not
relieve a person from criminal prosecution but is in addition to any
remedy provided under criminal law.
