§ 25-23-1-27 — Violations; penalty

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 23 NURSES·Ch. 1 Licensing of Nurses; Creation of Board; Education

A person who:

(1)sells or fraudulently obtains or furnishes any nursing diploma, license or record;
(2)practices nursing under cover of any diploma or license or record illegally or fraudulently obtained or assigned or issued unlawfully or under fraudulent representation;
(3)practices nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse unless licensed to do so under this chapter or IC 25-42;
(4)uses in connection with the person's name any designation tending to imply that the person is a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse unless licensed to practice under this chapter or IC 25-42;
(5)practices nursing during the time the person's license issued under this chapter or IC 25-42 is suspended or revoked;
(6)conducts a school of nursing or a program for the training of p
