4.
(a)As used in this section, "faculty"
refers to a group of individuals who are employed to administer and
teach in a nursing program.
(b)Beginning July 1, 2024, the majority of employees on the faculty
of a nursing program may be part-time employees of an approved
postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a))
or a hospital that conducts the nursing program.
(c)The board of nursing may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to
implement this section.
