Text
In cases where the continued practice of
medicine or osteopathic medicine by an accused is considered harmful
to the public or the accused, the board may sue to enjoin the accused
from practicing medicine or osteopathic medicine until the hearing,
provided in section 3 of this chapter, is completed and a decision
rendered.
