Text

(a)The board shall:
(1)adopt rules concerning examinations; and
(2)prepare and give, or approve the preparation and giving of, an examination which covers those general subjects and topics, a knowledge of which is commonly and generally required, in the opinion of the board, to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine in Indiana.
(b)An applicant must achieve a passing score on the examination to qualify for licensure. Formerly: Acts 1975, P.L.271, SEC.1. As amended by Acts 1982, P.L.113, SEC.57; P.L.247-1985, SEC.10; P.L.149-1987, SEC.52; P.L.180-2018, SEC.20.
