Text
(a)Subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e), a license issued
by the board is valid for four (4) years.
(b)A license expires:
(1)at midnight on the date established by the licensing agency
under IC 25-1-6-4, subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e); and
(2)every four (4) years thereafter, unless renewed before that
date.
