Text
A person is not eligible for registration as a professional surveyor or certification as a surveyor intern if the person has been convicted of any of the following:
(1)An act that would constitute grounds for disciplinary sanction
under IC 25-1-11.
(2)A felony that has a direct bearing on the person's ability to
practice competently.
