(a)Except as provided in IC 25-21.5-11-4 and subsection (b), the secretary shall receive and account for all money collected under this article and deposit the money in the state general fund with the treasurer of state. All expenses incurred in the administration of this article shall be paid from the state general fund.
(b)In addition to a registration fee determined under IC 25-21.5-7-5, the board shall establish a fee of not more than twenty dollars ($20) for a professional surveyor and a surveyor intern to be paid at the time of:
(1)issuance of a certificate of registration or certificate of enrollment; and
(2)renewal of a certificate of registration or certificate of enrollment; under this article to provide funds for administering and enforcing this article, including investigat
