Text
The attorney general, the prosecuting
attorney of a county, the board, or a citizen of a county where a person
who is not exempted or a professional surveyor engages in the practice
of surveying may file an action in the name of the state of Indiana to
prohibit the person from engaging in the practice of surveying until a
certificate of registration is secured or renewed under this article.
