Text
After the five (5) year period referred to in section 1 of this chapter, the following apply:
(1)The agency may not restore the expired registration of an
interior designer.
(2)To again be registered under this chapter, an interior designer
must:
(A)make the same application to the agency as an applicant
who has not been previously registered; and
(B)meet all the requirements set forth in this article for an
initial registration.
