Text
(a)The agency shall collect the following
fees under this article:
(1)An initial registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
(2)A biennial renewal fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
(3)A restoration fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
(b)The fees collected by the agency under this article shall be
deposited by the agency in the same manner as other fees collected by
the agency are deposited.
