Text
(a)The board shall adopt rules concerning
the continuing education required for the renewal of a license under
this chapter.
(b)The rules must do the following:
(1)Establish procedures for approving organizations that provide
continuing education.
(2)Prescribe the content, duration, and organization of continuing
education courses that contribute to the general competence of
home inspectors.
