Text
(a)The board shall meet at least two (2)
times each calendar year upon the call of the chairperson or the written
request of a majority of the members of the board.
(b)The chairperson shall establish the date, time, and place for each
meeting.
(c)A majority of the current members of the board constitutes a
quorum.
(d)The affirmative vote of a majority of the members appointed to
the board is necessary for the board to take official action.
