§ 25-20-1-23 — Rules; forms
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 20 HEARING AID DEALERS·Ch. 1 Regulation of Hearing Aid Dealers; Creation of Advisory
The board may adopt:
(1)rules under IC 4-22-2; and
(2)application forms and other forms and written materials;
as necessary in order for it to carry out the provisions and legislative
intent of this chapter.
