Text
A health facility administrator or a residential care administrator shall do the following:
(1)Review and consider for implementation at the health facility
or the residential care facility the administrator oversees
recommendations contained in various reports to maintain or
improve resident care and quality of life.
(2)Implement standards of accountability at the health facility or
residential care facility, and hold the individuals who oversee
each department within the facility accountable for the
performance of each individual's department.
