§ 25-19-1-5 — License required

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 19 HEALTH FACILITY ADMINISTRATORS·Ch. 1 Regulation of Health Facility Administrators ─ Creation

The administrator of a residential care facility must have one (1) of the following licenses issued by the board:

(1)A health facility administrator license.
