3.

(a)The board may issue a provisional health facility administrator license to an individual for a specific licensed health facility or residential care facility if the individual has:
(1)at least two (2) years of administrative experience in a licensed health facility; and
(2)not been convicted of a crime that has a direct bearing on the individual's ability to practice competently in accordance with IC 25-1-1.1.
(b)The board may issue a provisional residential care administrator license to an individual for a specific residential care facility if the individual has:
(1)at least two (2) years of administrative experience in a residential care facility; and
(2)not been convicted of a crime that has a direct bearing on the individual's ability to practice competently in accordance w
