Text
(a)The agency shall do the following:
(1)Retain a copy of a certificate of completion for a continuing
education course described in section 22 of this chapter for three
(3)years from the date of the end of the licensing period for
which the continuing education credit was applied.
(2)Upon request from the board for the purpose of completing a
compliance audit, provide the board with a copy of a certificate of
completion.
(b)An approved continuing education sponsor shall:
(1)monitor and verify the attendance of a continuing education
program the sponsor hosts;
(2)maintain reliable attendance records for a program described
in subdivision (1); and
(3)retain the records described in subdivision (2) for a period of
five (5) years.
