§ 25-19-1-17 — Administrator in training; student intern

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 19 HEALTH FACILITY ADMINISTRATORS·Ch. 1 Regulation of Health Facility Administrators ─ Creation
(a)This section applies to an administrator in training or a student intern seeking licensure as a health facility administrator.
(b)An administrator in training or student intern may take a specialized course that:
(1)is approved by the board as described in section 18 of this chapter;
(2)includes instruction and training on:
(A)standards of competent practice;
(B)facility administration and management;
(C)housekeeping and laundry;
(D)nursing;
(E)dietary needs of residents;
(F)facility related activities;
(G)business office management; and
(H)facility admission and marketing; and
(3)may include instruction and training on other subjects.
