§ 25-19-1-14 — Injunction from continuing violation of chapter; punishment

The attorney general, the board, or the
prosecuting attorney or a citizen of any county in which a person is in
violation of this chapter may bring an action in the name of the state to
enjoin the person from continuing in violation of this chapter. A person
who is enjoined and who violates the injunction shall be punished for
contempt of court. An injunction issued under this section does not
relieve any person from criminal prosecution.
