Text
Except for:
(1)a person exempted under section 1 of this chapter; and
(2)a person who, in addition to a licensed professional geologist,
is authorized by statute or administrative rule to prepare the report
or document;
it is unlawful for a person other than a licensed professional geologist
or a subordinate under the direction of a licensed professional geologist
to prepare any geological report or document that is required by a
statute or an administrative rule to be prepared by a licensed
professional geologist.
