Text
(a)An applicant for licensure shall pay a
nonrefundable fee established by regulation of the board.
(b)All fees paid to and collected by the board under this section and
IC 25-17.6-5 shall be deposited in a fund under the jurisdiction of the
board.
(c)The survey shall be:
(1)designated to collect and disburse funds represented by the
fees described in subsection (b); and
(2)required to execute a bond, with corporate surety, in an
amount to be determined by the board.
